Job Description: Quality Assurance Team Lead at Pilatus Group

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 16 employees in manufacturing quality assurance, including supervisors, quality engineers, and inspectors.
• Participate in production meetings and shopfloor discussions.
• Develop measures for production and quality improvements.
• Contribute to cross-departmental projects with complex structures.
• Advance the quality system across manufacturing units and beyond.

Qualifications

• Technical training (e.g., Polymechaniker, Anlagen- und Apparatebauer) with HF or FH level additional qualification, preferably with experience in the aircraft industry and quality assurance.
• Excellent leadership skills with a strong understanding of people development.
• Fluent in German and English (at least C1), proficient in SAP, and highly skilled in MS Office.
• High sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, resilient, and reliable.
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and positive demeanor.
