Galaxus is seeking a Team Lead for Quality & Coaching 2nd Level to make an immediate impact from day one. You will build the team, shape its structure and define how we balance quantity and quality in Customer Service, developing your coaches through targeted coaching, setting clear standards for quality checks and keeping their feedback objective, consistent and valuable.

• 1-3 years of leadership and quality management experience.

For our newly established Quality & Coaching 2nd Level, we're looking for a Team Lead who wants to make an impact from day one. You'll build the team, shape its structure and define how we balance quantity and quality in Customer Service - developing your coaches through targeted coaching, setting clear standards for quality checks and keeping their feedback objective, consistent and valuable.

What you move

• Building a brand-new team from the ground up: structures, standards and ways of working are yours to define
• Leading a team of up to six coaches (currently two) and developing each of them deliberately
• Owning quality assurance, training, onboarding, learning management and process optimisations for Customer Service 2nd Level
• Turning quality-check findings into concrete learning needs - and into training content that actually sticks
• Staying close to day-to-day operations, building strong stakeholder relationships and pushing the area forward
