Qualifikationen

  • 5+ ans d'expérience en gestion de la qualité ou en fabrication.

  • Diplôme en ingénierie mécanique, technologie de production ou similaire.

Jobbeschreibung

Your responsibilities:

  • You ensure compliance with quality standards and introduce LEAN methods in assembly.
  • You identify and resolve quality issues and implement improvement measures by applying methods such as 8D, 4D, 5 Whys, Six Sigma, etc.
  • You improve assembly processes interdisciplinary with Industrial Engineering & Value Engineering to enhance efficiency, quality, and robustness of the AxM processes.
  • You prepare management reports with reliable KPIs for quality reports, analyses, action plans, audit reports, etc.
  • You manage internal and support external audits (for example certification audits, process audits, product audits, customer audits, COP - Conformity of Product, etc.).
  • You act as an interface between production, quality management, design, and other departments.
  • You ensure adherence to ISO, DIN, VDA or customer-specific quality standards.
  • You are responsible for training and raising awareness among the team regarding quality requirements.
  • You develop and continuously support the quality team.

Your competencies:

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, production technology, industrial engineering, quality management, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have completed training in the field of quality (i.e. 8D, VDA 6.3, Six Sigma, Lean Management basics).
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of quality management, manufacturing, or design.
  • You have experience in assembly or quality assurance.
  • You have knowledge of quality management methods (8D Report, FMEA, Six Sigma).
  • You are proficient in German, English, and French.
  • You have excellent skills in MS Office and good knowledge of software such as ERP, QS-STAT, SPC, CAQ, Casqit, and QSys.
  • You have experience in leadership and possess strong teamwork skills.
  • You have good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a hands-on mentality.
