CONCORDIA in Lucerne, Switzerland, seeks a Team Leader: Performance Technology (80–100%). You will lead a larger team, plan resources, and support professional development while driving process digitalization and high quality standards.

In close collaboration with the Product Owner, you will identify optimization potentials, formulate requirements, and accompany implementation. You will support daily operations, QA, and OCR post-processing as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience leading larger teams.
• Experience in process and project management.
• Strong data skills and proficiency with Excel.
