You will take on the personnel and technical leadership of a larger team. You will plan and coordinate personnel resources, support your employees in their professional and personal development, and promote an open and performance-oriented team culture. Together with your employees, you will be responsible for the area of invoice processing. You will create the conditions for efficient collaboration and ensure high quality standards. You will drive the further development and digitalization of our processes. In close collaboration with the Product Owner (PO), you will identify optimization potentials, formulate requirements, and accompany their successful implementation. You will support your team in operational daily business as needed and ensure a smooth process in the areas of QA and OCR post-processing.

What you bring

You enjoy working with people; it gives you great pleasure to accompany and promote employees. You have several years of experience in leading larger teams. You are excited about digitalization and the continuous development of processes, and you like to take on responsibility. Analyzing and conceptual work are among your strengths, and you have a structured and solution-oriented working style. You have completed commercial training and further education in the business field. You have experience in process and project management and enjoy actively shaping changes. You like working with data, and you excel at creating evaluations – especially with Excel.
