Our team in Haag, Switzerland is looking for you:

As a member of the business unit SEMI, you will develop vacuum valves and systems for the semiconductor industry. Our products are key elements for the next generation of computer chips that enable megatrends like digitalization, internet of things, 5g/6g, or autonomous driving. Being very close to our customers all over the world and satisfying their specific demands is crucial for our business.

Together with our product managers, project managers, project buyers, and quality engineers, you will lead product developments to technical and commercial success.

YOUR CHALLENGES

1. Lead a mechanical engineering team of 7-12 colleagues
2. Facilitate personal development and team growth
3. Contribute to departmental strategy and implementation
4. Responsibility for capacity planning
5. Coordinate the team during escalations
6. Drive portfolio innovation in coordination with key stakeholders

YOUR COMPETENCIES

1. Technical education or apprenticeship with an additional Bachelor or Master degree
2. Leadership skills to lead a team of 7-12 colleagues
3. 5 years of professional experience preferred
4. Hands-on, systematic, and independent working style
5. Ability to work in highly agile project teams
6. Willingness to travel in the range of 5-10%
