Leading and organizing the activities of the Division Controlling and Business Analysis team
Coordination of division consolidation of monthly results, forecast, and budget
Actively drive forward the budget and planning process
Development of division internal reporting and business analysis
Delivering insights to the Divisional CFO and being the partner to Corporate Departments such as Corporate Controlling, Investor Relations, Sustainability, Treasury, Tax and Risk Management
Ensure compliant documentation of divisional accruals and provisions
Responsible for the Capex / investment controlling
Increasing Finance Process Excellence by developing divisional finance & controlling guidelines, training, reporting tools, and sharing best practices
Coordinate service fee calculations and allocations, transfer pricing documentation, divisional risk reporting, and coordinate internal control system (ICS) within the division
Ad-hoc analysis
Your profile :
Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration or Economics or similar
7 - 10 years of relevant experience in controlling and finance
First experience in leading a team
Good understanding of accounting principles (IFRS, SGF, HGB)
Good understanding of ERP systems (such as SAP R3 (FI / CO))
Sound understanding of group consolidation and reporting systems
Professional use of MS Office tools
English and German language skills must be on a high professional level
Willing to travel up to 20%
