Job Title : Cloud Data Platform Expert / Architect

Job Type : Full-time (80-100%)

I am currently working with a leading IT business who are hiring for a Team Lead in Cloud Collaboration Solutions. You will be managing a team of 15 people, overseeing complex Microsoft Exchange, Teams, and Voice solutions. Collaborating with the technical leads to drive service improvements and stable operations.

You will have experience in leading and developing a team of IT professionals, enhancing cloud collaboration services, and contributing proposals for new business opportunities.

Requirements :

• Experience leading large teams or IT projects.
• Advanced IT training with relevant certifications.
• Strong organizational skills for managing complex tasks.
• Ideally, knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Teams, and Luware Voice solutions.
• Excellent social skills, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in German.

This position is hybrid-working based in Zurich / Aargau.
