Job summary

Digital Asset is seeking a Team Lead to direct a multi-disciplinary engineering team across Canton and Daml projects in Zürich. You will drive architectural leadership, oversee HR aspects, and ensure high-quality delivery of complex features for institutional finance.

The role requires deep knowledge of distributed systems, functional programming languages (Scala or Haskell), and cross-team collaboration across geographies. Applicants should bring strong coding, estimation, and leadership skills.

• Strong understanding of Daml and Canton architecture.
• Experience with scalable, distributed and event-driven systems.
