For a growing IT company, we are looking for a committed leader who manages and develops a team of IT professionals in the IT Operations area, and implements innovative solutions for clients across various industries.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and develop a team of 7–10 employees (Systems Engineers, Support Engineers, Service Manager, Customer Care Manager, and IT apprentices), with the goal of expanding the team to 14–16 members.
  2. Ensure and improve service quality for diverse IT infrastructures (On-Premises, private, and public Cloud).
  3. Develop, implement, and monitor workflows and processes in service operations.
  4. Individually promote team members and strengthen team spirit.
  5. Collaborate closely with other departments (Delivery, Sales, Engineering, Consulting) and actively maintain customer relationships.
Requirements
  • Several years of leadership experience, ideally in an IT service company.
  • Solid knowledge in IT Service Management, especially in Service Operations.
  • Technical expertise and experience with IT infrastructures.
  • Strong service orientation and enjoyment of direct customer contact.
  • Talent and enthusiasm for employee development and team leadership.
  • Organizational talent, resilience, and flexibility.
  • High sense of responsibility and strong sense of duty.
