EY in Geneva is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with audit stakeholders and drive end-to-end recruitment. You will build strategic relationships with leaders, hiring managers and the employer branding team to attract and hire top talents.

You will support graduate recruitment, advise on market trends, and bring new ideas to the table while collaborating with nearshore and cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment at EY.

Qualifikationen

• First successful experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist in an international environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. SuccessFactors).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Open-minded, purpose-driven and authentic team player.

We are looking for aJunior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Genevatopartner with both the business and our employer branding team to drive long-term value for our clients and our people through attracting and hiring the right talents.

As part of our Talent Attraction and Acquisition team, you will play an important role and build strategic relationships with leaders, hiring managers and other teams. A wide variety of new experiences in a dynamic environment will help you to move quickly along the career path you choose.

Your key responsibilities

• As the key point of contact for Audit stakeholders, you will proactively manage relationships and ensure effective and timely recruitment
• Drive the full recruitment life cycle aiming at creating a “best-in-class candidate experience”
• Align with our business goals and develop adapted sourcing solutions that will attract high quality candidates
• Focus on graduate recruitment and advise on current trends and expectations
• Bring your own ideas to the table and run ad-hoc projects
