Job summary

EY in Geneva is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with audit stakeholders and drive end-to-end recruitment. You will build strategic relationships with leaders, hiring managers and the employer branding team to attract and hire top talents.

You will support graduate recruitment, advise on market trends, and bring new ideas to the table while collaborating with nearshore and cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment at EY.

Qualifications

• First successful experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist in an international environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. SuccessFactors).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Open-minded, purpose-driven and authentic team player.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key contact for Audit stakeholders and manage relationships.
• Lead full recruitment lifecycle to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Develop sourcing solutions aligned with business goals to attract top talent.
• Focus on graduate recruitment and advise on trends and expectations.
• Contribute ideas and run ad-hoc recruitment projects.
