Nestlé in Vevey, Switzerland is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment, design data-driven hiring strategies, and build diverse talent pipelines. Proficiency in English, French and German is mandatory, with a hybrid work model and a 100% role.

• Previous in-house or agency experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.

• Strong capabilities in active sourcing, pipeline building, and market research.

• Ability to work effectively across cultures and manage relationships with stakeholders across different functions and time zones.

• Analytical mindset, excellent communication and facilitation skills, curiosity, problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency in English, French and German is essential.

• Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning.
