Zusammenfassung

Logol AG in Steinhausen, Zug, is seeking an HR Coordinator (80–100%) to drive Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and shape HR processes in an evolving, international tech environment.

You’ll interview in German and English, build talent pipelines, support onboarding and permits, and help with payroll data and HR administration. Flexible, hybrid work and occasional travel between Logol locations are offered.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR coordination.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience incl. IT profiles.
• Structured interviews in German and English.
• Swiss HR practices knowledge; work permits an advantage.
• Experience with ATS/HR tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, from briefing to onboarding.
• Conduct candidate interviews independently in German and English.
• Develop sourcing strategies and proactively identify suitable candidates, including passive talent.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and advise on recruitment decisions.
• Coordinate onboarding and HR documentation and data maintenance.
• Support payroll data and HR administration.
