Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in system definition and requirements engineering in regulated environments.
• Experience with MBSE and model-based workflows.
• Proficient in English B2+ and cross-functional communication.

Aufgaben

• Lead elicitation, structuring, and lifecycle management of system requirements.
• Coordinate changes and maintain system documentation.
• Prepare system requirements, traceability analyses, risk assessments, and configuration management.
• Contribute to FMEA and risk evaluation activities.
• Facilitate interface descriptions and alignment across components.
• Collaborate with HW/SW, Operations, Customer Support, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs.
• Plan and execute project work packages.
• Ideate and develop LLM-based agents to enhance requirements quality and documentation analysis.
• Promote MBSE methodologies for consistent system integration.
