This role combines strategy, governance, toolchain ownership, and coaching, with a focus on embedding MBSE across multiple product families and ensuring continuous improvement through KPIs and training.

Qualifikationen

• MSc in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Hands-on MBSE experience in embedded systems.
• Strong ability to define and implement MBSE processes.

• Define and drive MBSE best practices, standards, and methodologies across projects.
