Zusammenfassung

Work Selection AG is seeking a Systems Engineer for a temporary assignment through the end of 2027 with a high likelihood of extension. The role focuses on system definition, requirements engineering, and MBSE for complex diagnostic systems.

You will collaborate across HW, SW, Operations, and Regulatory teams, champion AI in requirements and interface management, and maintain clear, structured documentation in a regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

  • Experience in development within a regulated environment (IVD preferred).
  • 3–5 years in system definition and requirements engineering.
  • Strong grasp of systems engineering methodologies.
  • Ability to handle multiple technology domains: electronics, mechanics, software.

Aufgaben

  • Own requirements engineering and elicitation, and manage changes.
  • Contribute to product/technical requirements, traceability analysis, and risk analyses.
  • Collaborate with HW, SW, Operations, and Regulatory teams.
  • Support design verification and validation activities.
  • Drive MBSE adoption and AI-enabled requirements engineering.
