Your Mission

You will ensure that complex diagnostic systems—spanning fluidics, electronics, mechanics, software, biochemical sensors, and reagents—come together seamlessly. You will define system requirements, manage changes, coordinate interfaces, and support verification activities. You will also contribute to the adoption of Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and explore AI‑driven approaches to improve engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Core Systems Engineering & Requirements

• Requirements Engineering: Lead elicitation, structuring, and lifecycle management of system requirements.
• Change Control: Coordinate requirement changes and maintain system documentation.
• Author technical documents: system requirements, traceability analyses, risk assessments, configuration management.
• Contribute to FMEA and risk evaluation activities.

Cross‑Functional Integration

• Facilitate interface descriptions and alignment across components.
• Collaborate closely with HW/SW Engineering, Operations, Customer Support, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Participate in planning and execution of project work packages.
• Ideate and develop LLM‑based agents or similar AI tools to enhance requirements quality, system performance insights, and documentation analysis.
• Promote MBSE methodologies to ensure consistent and efficient system integration.

Your Profile

• Experience in product development within a regulated environment, ideally IVD(R).
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in system definition, requirements engineering, and systems thinking.
• Solid understanding of systems engineering methodologies.
• Familiarity with multiple technology domains (electronics, mechanics, software).
• Structured working style, strong communication skills, analytical mindset.
• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable balancing big‑picture thinking with detailed analysis.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Experience applying AI in engineering contexts.
• INCOSE or IREB certification.
• SysML or Enterprise Architect experience.
• Background in integrating multidisciplinary systems.
