A Systems Design Architect – Software is urgently sought by this leading EV organisation to be based at their R+D Centre in St Gallen. The Systems Design Architect - Software will be responsible for delivering new systems level architectures for emerging DC/DC Converters and onboard charging systems. The Systems Design Architect – Software will be working closely with the hardware and software development teams defining systems interfaces, software quality and design trade-offs.
Having completed your technical education, you will have a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience designing and developing systems software architecture design preferably gained in automotive power electronics (DC/DC Converters, Inverters, onboard charging etc.). You will have an excellent knowledge of the OSI model and the systems and software interfaces associated. You will need to display experience with design and development trade-offs, risk analysis and feasibility analysis.
Candidates must be fully authorised to work in Switzerland or the EU.
