DPhi Space Sarl is a Swiss startup hiring engineers to perform mission and spacecraft analysis, and to collaborate on spacecraft design with specialized engineers.

You will lead technical management of customer and agency projects, plan satellite qualification campaigns, and manage mission and launch campaigns, ensuring quality control and product assurance. English fluency is required, French is an asset. Hybrid work is available; remote work is not an option.

DPhi Space is a Swiss startup building the intelligence infrastructure in space by turning satellites into inference servers and connecting space to the cloud on Earth.

The team launched a first demonstrator into space in March 2025 followed by the second one in March 2026. The company is on a track to continue the yearly launch cycle with the next system planned to launch in 2027.

For this mission, we are looking for motivated engineers to join the company.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform mission and spacecraft analysis and simulation
• Spacecraft design and implementation in collaboration with specialized engineers.
• Technical management and lead of customer, agency, and other projects.
• Plan and perform a satellite qualification campaign.
• Mission and launch campaign management.
• Quality control and product assurance.

What Will Make You Successful

• University or HES degree in any relevant engineering or science field.

• Programming and software experience is a plus.
• Language: Fluency in English is a must, French is an asset.
