On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Systems Engineer with focus on innovative Infrastructure solutions. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Take care of a multi-layered IT Infrastructure system
• Ensure system availability, performance tuning, and capacity planning
• Manage and monitor network components (firewalls, switches, VPNs, load balancers)
• Implement security best practices in collaboration with internal IT security teams
• Managing a wide variety of projects
• Close collaboration with other team’s engineers

Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server
• Familiarity with networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls)
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud is an advantage
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) are desirable
• Fluent in English and German (German should be at least C1 level)
