Role Description

We are looking for a System Administrator player to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing and maintaining IT systems, in-depth knowledge of technological infrastructures, and an aptitude for collaborating effectively with colleagues to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of corporate solutions. The selected person will play a key role in managing the company’s IT ecosystem, tackling daily challenges, and implementing continuous improvements.

Technical Requirements

Cloud & Virtualization Expertise

• Experience managing and securing cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
• Implementation of hybrid cloud strategies, integrating on‑premise and cloud services
• Hands‑on experience with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions
• Strong expertise in VmWare, Oracle VM, and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)

Security & Compliance

• Advanced knowledge of firewall systems (Check Point, Sophos, PfSense, OPNsense, Palo Alto)
• Experience in Zero Trust security models, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and MFA
• Strong skills in cloud security, encryption protocols, and SIEM solutions
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, or CIS benchmarks

Network & Infrastructure

• Strong understanding of enterprise networking (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto)
• Expertise in VPNs, SD-WAN, VLANs, and network segmentation
• Experience with automated infrastructure management (Terraform, Ansible)
• M.anagement of IBM, DELL (EMC), HP, and Hitachi storage.

Microsoft & Linux Ecosystem

• Expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange (on-prem & online), and Azure AD
• Strong Linux administration skills (Ubuntu, Red Hat, CentOS)
• Knowledge of vulnerability scanning systems (OpenVAS)
• Experience with PowerShell, Bash scripting, and automation

Monitoring, Backup & Disaster Recovery

• Experience with observability and monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios,)
• Knowledge of backup & disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Azure Backup)
• Strong understanding of high availability and failover strategies

Updated Study & Experience Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Equivalent work experience and certifications will also be considered for highly skilled candidates.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator, Cloud Engineer, or IT Infrastructure Specialist
• Proven experience in managing hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud), including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Hands‑on experience in enterprise networking, security, and virtualization (VmWare, Oracle VM, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
• Previous exposure to disaster recovery planning, backup solutions (Veeam), and monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios)
• Team player: ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and multifunctional environment, contributing to the achievement of common goals
• Good knowledge of the English language
