Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Service Delivery Automation Analyst based in Switzerland. You will transform complex payroll operations into reliable automated workflows, partnering with payroll, operations, Product, Engineering and Data teams to deliver scalable solutions.

You will build and maintain flows using n8n, Alteryx, SQL, APIs and AI models, ensuring accuracy and compliance while continuously improving through testing and monitoring across multiple country processes.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years in operations automation or payroll-related work
• Experience building production workflows with n8n, Alteryx, Make, Zapier, Power Automate
• Practical use of large language models to structure unstructured data
• Experience integrating systems via APIs and webhooks
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills across multiple sources
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear rules and data requirements
• Attention to accuracy and impact on employee pay
• Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive ownership from problem to launch and maintenance
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data teams for platform improvements

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end payroll processes and data flows
• Identify automation opportunities and assess impact vs effort
• Improve processes to reduce errors and missing information
• Document rules with effective dates and data requirements
• Build and maintain automated workflows across platforms
• Apply AI to interpret requests and route cases
• Balance rule-based, AI and human review approaches
• Build audit trails, error handling and approval controls
• Prototype and test solutions with shadow testing and parallel runs
• Monitor performance and iterate on improvements
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Data for platform-wide improvements
• Handle sensitive data with privacy and compliance standards
