Your Role

As a German-Speaking Customer Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers of a renowned Swiss telecommunications company.

Billing Skills Bonus: €102.25 Gross/Month

Work Schedule

• Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 22:00
• Monday to Sunday
• 8-hour shifts
• 6-hour shifts
• 4-hour shifts

Work Model

Modern office located in Mega Park, Sofia.

During your first months, you will work fully on-site to receive hands-on support and training.

Hybrid Opportunity After 4 Months

Based on performance and KPI achievement: 2 days of remote work, 3 days office-based.
