Logitech in Lausanne, Switzerland, seeks a Senior Swiss Tax Analyst/Tax Manager to ensure Swiss tax compliance and planning. The role covers income tax provision, direct taxation, and cross-team projects for a nine-month assignment.

You will lead tax initiatives, coordinate with ERP migration efforts, and support audits. A 7+ year background in corporate tax and strong Swiss tax knowledge are essential for success in this hybrid, on-site role.

Formación

7+ years corporate tax experience, in-house preferred.
Swiss tax knowledge: income, capital, withholding.
Experience with US GAAP tax disclosures a plus.
BA/BS in Business/Accounting; Master's in Taxation preferred.
Self-starter with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Additional European languages (French) are a plus.

Responsabilidades

Prepare and manage Swiss income tax, capital tax and withholding tax compliance.
Prepare income tax provision calculations per ASC 740 and assist with disclosures.
Support strategic tax planning and mitigate direct tax exposure in Switzerland.
Lead tax projects; support ERP migration (Oracle Cloud).
Advise on audits; respond to tax authorities and resolve controversies.
Assist in due diligence and tax planning for mergers & acquisitions.
Identify and implement tax process improvements and automation initiatives.
Ensure timely tax filings in Switzerland with internal or external teams.
Manage income tax and other tax payments for Swiss entities.
Collaborate with internal partners and external consultants.
