Revolut Ltd in Switzerland is hiring a Regulatory Legal Counsel to advise on compliance and legal issues surrounding our financial products. You will draft customer-facing documents, collaborate with product teams, and interact with regulators to ensure Swiss market compliance.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of PQE in Switzerland, is registered or in progress for the Swiss Bar, and demonstrates strong knowledge of banking, AML, and corporate law.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of PQE as a lawyer in Switzerland (in-house or private practice).
• Registered with the Swiss Bar, or in the process of taking the Bar exam.
• Excellent academic and law firm credentials.
• Experience advising on financial regulations (banking, AML).
• Fluency in English; French or German proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Advising on legal issues surrounding the structuring of new and existing financial products.
• Drafting customer-facing legal documents for these products.
• Helping product and commercial teams design compliant solutions under Swiss law.
• Managing regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications.
• Engaging with local regulators and handling complex matters with short turnaround times.
