Larson Maddox is seeking a qualified Regulatory professional to monitor and analyse Swiss financial market regulations, assess developments, and advise the business on implications.

You will coordinate FINMA inquiries, support the implementation of new rules, and draft and maintain internal policies. Strong written and verbal communication in German and English, plus a Swiss law degree, are required, with proactive stakeholder management a must.

Qualifikationen

• Swiss law degree required.
• Bar admission advantageous but not essential.
• Experience in financial regulation or compliance.
• Experience with regulatory authorities is valuable.

Aufgaben

• Identify, monitor and analyse relevant Swiss financial market regulations
• Assess regulatory developments and advise the business on their implications
• Review and respond to regulatory matters, including coordination of FINMA inquiries
• Support the implementation of new and changing regulatory requirements
• Provide practical advice across Legal and Compliance matters
• Liaise with authorities and other external stakeholders
• Take responsibility for internal regulatory frameworks, including drafting, coordination and maintenance of internal policies
