Connect44 GmbH in Switzerland seeks a Mid-Level Legal Assistant to join the Switzerland Representative Office in Bern or Zurich, supporting the Legal team with a range of legal and administrative matters.

The role includes legal research, regulatory monitoring, preparing summaries, and creating training materials, as well as assisting with external communications, contract reviews and knowledge management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a Swiss university.
• Fluent German.
• Approximately 2 years of legal work experience.
• Ability to conduct legal research and coordinate with external law firms.

Aufgaben

• Conduct legal research.
• Monitor developments in global legislation and law enforcement.
• Prepare summaries in accordance with requirements for legal environment building.
• Develop materials to support legal awareness, including training materials, videos, promotional content and guides.
• Conduct routine legal reviews in accordance with policies and guidelines.
• Support the issuance of legal opinions as required.
• Assist with evidence investigation and track progress of legal cases.
• Assist with legal knowledge management.
