Zusammenfassung

Solventum is seeking a Country Marketer for Switzerland to lead localized marketing campaigns within the MedSurg division. You will drive demand generation, manage events, and collaborate with WE teams to align on strategy and budgets.

You will bring a Marketing degree and proven experience in country marketing within healthcare, plus fluency in English and German, to influence cross-functional teams and deliver impactful campaigns in a hybrid work setting in Zürich area.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in a product management or country marketing role within healthcare.
• In-depth knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system.
• Proven expertise in marketing planning, product launches, and integrated campaigns.
• Strong organizational and influencing skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Aufgaben

• Localize and execute integrated marketing campaigns for the Swiss market.
• Lead demand generation and manage participation in events and congresses.
• Own the annual Swiss marketing activity calendar.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to inform strategy.
• Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and clinical teams to align objectives.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support business initiatives.
