BKW Power Grid in Switzerland is seeking a Sustainability Manager to advance sustainability management, derive goals and measures, and anchor sustainability strategically and operationally in the business unit.

You will drive cross-functional projects in the areas of people, climate, nature and energy, align ESG objectives, and ensure governance and reporting with the Sustainability Team.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or higher in sustainability management or related field.
• Several years of practical experience in sustainability management.
• Experience moderating workshops and building complex decision bases.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement sustainability management for Power Grid based on the BKW framework.
• Integrate sustainability into processes, structures and decision-making.
• Initiate and support initiatives in people, climate, nature and energy.
