Veolia Water Technologies in Switzerland seeks an EHS Manager to lead Environment, Health and Safety across operations, aligning strategy with Swiss and EU regulations and Veolia standards. You will implement ISO-based systems, drive continuous improvement, conduct safety audits, and coach managers and staff to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

Fluency in German and English is required, EKAS/SUVA training or willingness to obtain it is expected, with a focus on building a proactive safety

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with LOTO standards across electrical, chemical and gas systems.
• Familiar with Swiss and EU health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• EKAS training (KOPAS or Sicherheitsfachmann) or willingness to obtain.

Aufgaben

• Enforce and maintain health and safety policies and procedures, conduct audits and risk assessments.
• Implement environmental management systems in line with ISO standards and manage environmental initiatives.
• Support planning, implementation and monitoring of safety risks in all activities.
• Identify risks and support risk assessments.
• Be a strong contributor within the Veolia Water Tech EHS community in Switzerland.
• Monitor EHS KPIs and manage action plans.
• Support Sustainability management and data reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance processes are in place and effective.
