Supply Chain Manager Master Data (m/f/d)

You can look forward to:

Supply Chain Manager is responsible for management of Master Data and Controlled Substances processes in Austria and Switzerland and supports Logistics Lead in regional supply chain projects as well as in operational handling of logistics processes. Supply Chain Manager is also responsible for authorities reporting as well as internal audits.

Material Master Management:

  • Management of local Item Master Process: set-up & maintenance of master data in SAP and other systems, coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Interaction with external stakeholders such as warehouses, HCI, Swissmedic, etc.
  • Maintenance of pricing conditions in SAP
  • Performing & preparing of internal controls (pricing updates review) as part of month end closing

Management of Controlled Substances:

  • Management of import and export licenses
  • Audit support (internal audits)
  • Annual psychotropic reporting to authorities
  • Performing narcotics shipment release in SAP

Market Supply Chain Performance & Operations Compliance:

  • Management of internal and external audits including timely tracking of CAPAs
  • Reporting to authorities, including Intrastat, waste management, and psychotropics reporting
  • Responsible for process improvement and efficiency
  • Ensuring market excellence through oversight of audits for dangerous goods, business continuity, controlled substances, and related compliance processes
  • Supporting projects focused on Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and automation initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency and streamlining workflows

You offer:

  • Bachelor or University degree in Business Economics, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Engineering desirable
  • Minimum 5 years-experience in Market Supply Chain operations
  • Advanced IT and analytical skills. MS-Office a must, SAP desirable
  • Fluent English, German desirable but not a must
  • Motivated, engaged and independently working professional
  • Structured, accurate, thorough
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Change Management: positive attitude to change and change management
  • Sound capabilities to work cross-functional in international matrix organizations
