Qualifikationen

Job Description:

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and implement offshoring projects in collaboration with the strategic purchasing department.
• Monitor the implementation of offshoring projects to achieve objectives and ensure timely completion.
• Analyze and evaluate critical supply chains.
• Develop new suppliers within the global sourcing strategy (BCC Best Cost Country Sourcing).
• Follow up and process actions related to audit deviations.
• Serve as the key contact for supplier selection, validation, and evaluation.
• Build strategic supplier relationships and ensure delivery capability in terms of quality and timing.
• Analyze errors and initiate corrective actions.

Your Profile

• Successful background in mechanical engineering, aeronautics and aerospace, business engineering in machine building, or similar qualification.
• Several years of professional experience as a project manager with knowledge of auditing (audit training VDA 6.3). Familiarity with APQP components (FMEA, MSA, PAPP, etc.) is required.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluent in English and proficient in German and/or French.
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinker, proactive, assertive, and willing to travel for work.
