HERMITAGE is seeking a spa and wellness host to oversee spa operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic, supportive team environment. Fluency in German and English is required, with additional languages a plus.

What sets you apart

• Warm, attentive host personality with a passion for wellbeing
• Completed training in massage, wellness or cosmetics
• 3 to 5 years of experience in spa, wellness or hospitality, ideally with some leadership experience
• Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
• High quality and service awareness
• Organised, independent, flexible and solution-oriented
