At Collège Champittet, we are supported by world-renowned institutions like IMD Business School and EHL Hospitality Business School to craft a unique summer programme of personal development, discovery and adventure. Our stunning lakeside campus in the vibrant city of Lausanne offers the perfect backdrop for a summer packed with natural wonders and cultural experiences.
As a participant in our leadership camp, your growth, confidence and comfort are our top priorities. From navigating mountain rivers, where teamwork and communication are key, to sailing on the lake, where you’ll master the winds with your crew – every moment is designed to challenge and inspire you. With the Alps, Lake Geneva and Lausanne at our doorstep, our camp brings together the very best of Switzerland.
Join us to immerse yourself in Swiss culture, explore top educational institutions, and return home transformed after an unforgettable summer!
Supported by top institutions like IMD (ranked #1 MBA worldwide by the Financial Times for faculty with PhD, international faculty and international students) and EHL (ranked #1 among hospitality management universities worldwide by QS World University Rankings), we blend adventure with real-life learning and experiential activities to help you grow and flourish. Our morning sessions are designed to build essential skills for life. Students will learn about self-confidence, effective teamwork, presentation techniques, and handling high-pressure situations. These workshops provide a foundation in skills that will serve them for a lifetime.
Afternoons are all about exploring Switzerland’s beautiful landscapes. From outdoor sports to excursions in nature, each day brings new adventures that create lasting memories and friendships. Test yourself in stunning natural surroundings as you go rafting, sailing or hiking on an Alpine expedition at Glacier 3000. And discover the rich culture and history of Lausanne, from its creative arts district to the Olympic Museum.
Campers will live in the historical St Augustin boarding house, on our campus minutes away from the lake. The charming boarding house is divided into four floors, two allocated to girls and two to boys. Each floor has a welcoming common room with sofas and board games. Campers will share a room with one or two other same gender campers. Bathrooms are shared with same gender campers from the same floor. Staff members will be on night duty every night.
