Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in education, student development, counselling, or a related field is required.
• First aid qualification is required.
• Valid driving license is required.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Prior experience in student development, event management, or a similar role.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of students.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload.
• Ability to address student challenges proactively and effectively.
• Able to adjust to a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends where required.
• Willingness to travel across multiple campuses or external venues as needed.

Aufgaben

• Plan and deliver Glion Summer Programs, ensuring high-quality educational and engagement activities for participants
• Coordinate with faculty, industry partners and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of student-focused programs and events
• Manage student volunteers and support teams involved in summer programs and campus activities
• Coordinate student orientation and induction programs, ensuring a smooth onboarding and integration experience for new students
• Organize welcome events, community-building activities and communication initiatives for incoming students
• Support student wellbeing, sports and wellness initiatives in collaboration with internal and external partners
• Monitor and assess student engagement activities, ensure compliance with institutional standards and act as the departmental Quality Champion
• Support student governance initiatives, manage the Student Development Services inbox and contribute to student experience enhancement projects
• Supervise and develop interns, providing guidance, coaching and professional development opportunities
