Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Experience in an education environment is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent English with French highly desirable.
• Able to work autonomously in an international setting.
• Strong student-focused mindset and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Delivers general presentations for students on all campuses and leads workshops on CV design and job search techniques.
• Counsels and advises students on internship searches and tracks progress.
• Provides support to students during internships and liaises with employers as needed.
• Follows up on placements and verifies documentation.
• Prepares contracts, attestations and necessary internship documents.
• Ensures internships are properly registered and compliant with policies.
• Administers the Career Services Portal with the team and maintains records.
• Supports on-campus recruitment events and related administrative tasks.
