Structures Technician - Composite

As a Structures Technician - Composite, you will:

  • Perform, repair, and modify composite engine parts, airplane parts, or third-party customer parts according to relevant regulations.
  • Inspect and clarify various engine parts made from composite materials.
  • Administrate working papers related to these tasks.
Your tasks
  • Perform composite work on cases, frames, and fairings according to applicable regulations.
  • Inspect composite parts.
  • Evaluate damage cases on engine parts.
  • Perform composite modification works on parts and assemblies.
  • Develop repair procedures to increase productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with standard practices and processes.
  • Develop shop processes to optimize quality, safety, and cost-efficiency.
  • Adhere to all safety and quality regulations.
  • Maintain a clean working space following 5S principles.
Your Profile
  • 3–4 years of technical apprenticeship (e.g., Polymer Technologist or Sheet Metal Worker).
  • Experience in repairing composite parts.
  • Autonomous and precise working abilities.
  • Open-minded and a team-oriented personality.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • English at minimum A2 level.
  • German language skills in speaking and writing.
  • Willingness to work in two shifts.
