Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Switzerland seeks a senior transformation leader to guide GBS/GCC operating model design and multi-country programs. You will shape strategy, governance, and delivery models with C-suite stakeholders.

About The Role

Boards are no longer asking how to run shared services more cheaply. They are asking where capability should sit at all. Global Business Services and Global Capability Centers have shifted from back-office cost arbitrage to strategic delivery engines expected to own capability, innovation and resilience not just transaction volume. At the same time, AI and automation are collapsing the cost logic that most GBS/GCC footprints were built on, forcing a rewrite of operating models designed for a pre-AI world.

Clients no longer want a location study. They want a defensible answer to where work should happen, who should do it, and how the organization is governed around it – one that holds for the next decade, not the next budget cycle.

This role exists to lead that conversation: from first CEO/COO conversation through to target operating model design, GBS/GCC strategy and stood-up delivery.

What You'll Do

• Originate and lead. Build and lead operating model and GBS/GCC transformation engagements with C‑suite and board‑level stakeholders. Own the commercial pipeline for this offer across existing accounts and new clients.
• Design and deliver. Lead target operating model design, organization design, GBS/GCC location and service‑scope strategy, governance model design and transition roadmaps from diagnostic through to implementation.
• Build intellectual capital. Develop differentiated points of view and assets on the future of GBS/GCC: AI‑enabled delivery, nearshoring economics, talent and skills models that sharpen Capgemini Invent's position in the market.
• Lead people. Build, coach and grow a team of managers and consultants. Act as a career sponsor within the practice.
• Connect across Capgemini. Link operating model and GBS/GCC design to the wider Group's technology, AI and managed‑services capability, so recommendations convert into build.

YOUR PROFILE

What you bring

• Significant experience (8+years) leading operating model design and/or GBS/GCC strategy, setup, optimization or transformation engagements within a top-tier strategy or management consulting environment
• Proven track record in leading complex, multi country transformation programs and delivering measurable value
• Deep expertise in at least two of: target operating model design, organization design, location strategy, service delivery model design, shared‑services governance, offshoring/nearshoring economics
• Experience building and developing consulting teams
• Fluent English required; German and/or French depending on location (Zurich, Geneva)
• Strong commercial acumen, comfortable owning business development targets and engagement economics

Strong Plus

• Strong understanding of Swiss client environments, including an existing client network across industries
• Experience redesigning service delivery around AI‑enabled automation
• Financial Transformation acumen
