As a Strategy & Transformation Associate Consultant in our Life Sciences team, your role will involve supporting our clients in the pharmaceutical industry through innovative strategy projects around digital, future-proof topics that challenge and transform the status quo.
Duration of employment: Minimum 6 months

You are currently pursuing or recently graduated with a master’s degree in a life science field. You are an excellent communicator with outstanding presentation and moderation skills. You effectively convey complex problems and solutions to a diverse audience in a clear and engaging manner. You have excellent command of written and spoken English. C1 level proficiency in German or French is a strong advantage. You are scientifically rigorous in your thinking and precise in your language, yet you thrive in environments that can be ambiguous where key information may not be available. You are comfortable with rapid changes in the work environment and can adapt your strategies and approaches to meet evolving project needs and challenges. Your time management skills are well developed. You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to address complex challenges. You have a good understanding of systems architecture and data flows, as well as programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms. You have demonstrated interest in the Life Sciences industry and its applications. Previous experience in consulting or in any life science industry is beneficial, providing you with a foundational understanding of client-facing roles. You have strong digital literacy, an eye for detail and very good MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel. Programming skills in Python and/or R and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI are beneficial.
