Lombard Odier Investment Managers is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Associate to join LOIM’s Transformation team. You will work at the intersection of strategy, transformation and executive governance, translating priorities into measurable outcomes and supporting senior leaders.

You’ll help prioritise LOIM’s AI agenda, contribute to LOIM 2030, and provide analytics and execution support across cross-functional priorities.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in asset management or related fields.
• Strong financial acumen; financial services knowledge is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and Alteryx; Power BI, SQL or Python a plus.
• Excellent PowerPoint and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French.

Strategy & Transformation Associate

As Strategy & Transformation Associate, you will work at the intersection of strategy, transformation and executive management. Reporting to the Head of Transformation & Chief of Staff to the Co-Heads of LOIM, you will help translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes and support selected priorities of the Co-Heads.

The role combines two complementary dimensions: supporting LOIM’s transformation agenda through analysis, prioritisation and execution, while contributing to Chief of Staff activities including executive governance, Board and Townhall materials and ad hoc strategic analyses.

The position offers unique exposure to LOIM's leadership team and provides a platform to develop a broad understanding of asset management strategy, business management and transformation.

A significant initial focus will be LOIM’s AI transformation agenda, working with AI Product Managers, business sponsors and senior management to support prioritisation, adoption and value realisation. You will also contribute to LOIM 2030 and other cross-functional strategic priorities.

YOUR ROLE

Strategy & Transformation:

• Support strategic and transformation initiatives across LOIM, including AI and LOIM 2030 priorities.
• Conduct business, financial and commercial analyses to support strategic decisions and develop business cases, scenarios and value-tracking frameworks.
• Monitor transformation priorities, resources, milestones, risks and value realisation across the portfolio.
• Work with initiative owners and senior stakeholders to drive delivery, adoption and measurable business outcomes.
• Support portfolio prioritisation, resource allocation and strategic trade-offs, and help drive agreed actions through to execution

Chief of Staff & Executive Support:

• Conduct ad hoc strategic and business analyses for the Co-Heads, under the guidance of the Chief of Staff & Head of Transformation, translating complex questions into clear insights and recommendations.
• Support the Chief of Staff & Head of Transformation in coordinating selected cross-functional priorities and ensuring alignment across senior stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of high-quality materials for Board meetings, Executive Committees, Steering Committees and other senior management forums.
• Contribute to Townhalls, management communications and other key executive events.
• Build management dashboards and ad hoc analyses to support executive decision-making.
• Provide flexible analytical and execution support on selected Chief of Staff priorities.

YOUR PROFILE

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in asset management, banking, strategy, transformation, business management or consulting.
• Excellent business and financial acumen; financial services or asset management experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex and ambiguous topics.
• Advanced Excel and Alteryx skills; Power BI, SQL or Python are a plus.
• Excellent PowerPoint and communication skills, with the ability to develop clear storylines and high-quality materials for senior audiences.
• Highly autonomous, rigorous and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong ownership mindset, sound judgement and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English and a strong command of French.
