Strategy Lead - Global Consumer Care (GCC)

Global Consumer Care aims to deliver best-in-class consumer care across JTI. To support this ambition, we seek experienced, highly motivated consumer-centric individuals to join our Global Consumer Care team at HQ Geneva.

Position purpose:

As the Strategy Lead, you will craft and implement the global consumer care strategy focused on creating a seamless, multi-channel experience that exceeds consumer expectations and promotes adoption and retention. You will collaborate closely with senior brand leadership, JTI markets, and other global functions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a comprehensive multi-channel consumer care strategy aligned with senior HQ stakeholders.
  2. Design innovative, future-proof consumer care journeys enabling personalized experiences across channels globally.
  3. Conduct and utilize insights from strategic competitor benchmarking.
  4. Lead strategic investments in consumer care technology in partnership with digital and IT leadership.
  5. Guide strategic consulting agencies to develop future visions of consumer care.
  6. Drive global adoption of the consumer care strategy in collaboration with regional and market leaders.
  7. Define and refine strategic KPI frameworks for consumer and operational performance.
  8. Lead communication strategies with other global consumer care experts.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 10+ years' experience in consumer care strategy within FMCG or Consumer Goods industries; specific industry knowledge is advantageous.
  3. Proven success in developing consumer care experience strategies, including journey mapping, root cause analysis, and implementation planning.
  4. Experience leading and inspiring large, cross-functional global teams.
  5. Visionary mindset with the ability to craft and communicate a compelling strategic vision for consumer care.
  6. Strong analytical skills to guide teams in breaking down complex requirements and developing actionable recommendations.
  7. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders and driving initiatives.
  8. Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  9. Willingness to travel periodically, sometimes frequently.
  10. Consumer-centric mindset in all work aspects.
