Zusammenfassung

Novartis in Basel seeks a Translational Medicine Expert to provide medical leadership across early and late clinical programs. You will guide strategy for TDP and Profiling, drive biomarker development, and collaborate with dermatology teams to optimize clinical pharmacology.

You will lead TM contributions in BD&L, support dose selection and trial design, oversee safety reviews, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements while advancing innovative indications.

Qualifikationen

• Doctoral degree, MD required.
• Board-certified dermatologist with relevant subspecialty.
• PhD in dermatology or immunology is preferred.
• At least 5 years of pharma/biotech, CRO, or academic medical center experience.
• Fluent oral and written English.

• Provide medical and scientific leadership to study teams and stakeholders.
• Lead TM representation on global project teams and BD&L activities.
• Support dose selection, study design, and pharmacology assessments for late-phase programs.
• Oversee safety data review and clinical monitoring during live studies.
