Bühler Gruppe is seeking a Strategy & Business Development Intern for Future Food & Ingredient Platforms in Switzerland. Based in our Grains & Food CEO Office, you will explore growth opportunities in sustainable food systems, analyzing value chains, markets, and technologies.

You will interact with industry stakeholders and report to the Strategy Responsible, collaborating with area leaders and C-level managers.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree or recently graduated in a relevant field.
• Strong interest in innovation, sustainability and future food systems.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

• Explore and structure emerging opportunity spaces by analyzing value chains, market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
• Identify high-potential applications and business opportunities by combining market insights with emerging technologies.
• Engage with customers, startups, industry experts, research institutions and internal stakeholders to validate opportunities.
• Map internal strengths and ecosystem partnerships to uncover synergies and value creation opportunities.
• Develop strategic recommendations, business cases, and decision-ready insights for future investments.
• Prioritize opportunities based on market attractiveness, strategic fit, scalability, and value for Bühler.

Ausbildung

Master's student or recent graduate in Management & Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Innovation, Business Administration, Food Science, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Life Sciences, or related field
