Qualifikationen

• Be a results driven starter-finisher with strong analytical and mathematical capability.
• Have superior written skills to deliver board materials and research papers.
• Extensive experience in a business or executive management role, with executive-level advising.
• Experience directing multiple teams in driving strategic business initiatives.
• Experience in a large, global, matrixed organization.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of data and analytics concepts and tools (data governance, data platforms, analytics/BI, data science, Responsible AI).
• Strong external networking and ability to identify relevant insights.

Aufgaben

• Lead the D&A Leadership team to plan and prioritize strategic actions.
• Interface with customers and internal stakeholders to include voice of customer in priorities.
• Develop an operating rhythm across Data & Analytics and provide PMO leadership on key initiatives.
• Partner with business units to implement infrastructure to optimize data, analytics, and AI opportunities.
• Synthesize information to present alternatives and implications for informed decisions.
• Engage with leadership to plan/strategy and build a broad network of stakeholders.
• Lead and author strategic documents from strategy leadership and Operating Committee Executives.
• Use metrics to assess overall success and identify gaps in data and analytics.
