Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a senior executive management role with strategic initiatives.
• Experience leading multiple teams across a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication for board materials and strategy papers.
• Master’s degree in business administration, finance, data science, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Lead the D&A Leadership team to plan and prioritize strategic actions across enterprise needs.
• Interface with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure voice of customer informs priorities.
• Develop an operating rhythm across Data & Analytics and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide PMO leadership on key initiatives and partner with business units on data/AI opportunities.
• Synthesize information for strategic decision-making and identify external trends.
