The role blends hands-on data modeling and dashboard delivery with program management and stakeholder engagement across PBUs and Finance.

You will drive data-driven decision making, ensure rigorous financial reporting, and guide technology roadmap initiatives while mentoring teams and expanding leadership

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience building data models and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI or equivalent).
• Experience integrating data across multiple enterprise systems (Finance, timesheet, product hierarchy).
• Experience with enterprise financial tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Wave Portal or similar).
• Track record in program management, including stakeholder workshop design and facilitation.
• Ability to drive initiatives from concept through delivery and handover.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including training materials and executive-facing reporting.

Aufgaben

• Lead cost transparency data model in Power BI and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Ensure data quality with 95%+ accuracy across sources.
• Develop dashboards for cost metrics and executive reviews.
• Create training materials and enablement sessions for dashboard adoption.
• Manage monthly facility cost reduction reporting and variance analysis.
• Govern technology roadmap artifacts and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
• Lead programs across PBUs and mentor teams.
