• Extensive experience in strategic site development and transformation programs.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Strong governance, portfolio and program management capabilities.
• Experience with CAPEX/OPEX budgeting and driving cost optimization.

• Lead strategic site development and governance for the Visp site.
• Shape investment priorities and influence network-level decisions.
• Deliver high-impact projects improving productivity and engagement.
• Head the Visp Innovation Program governance and value realization.
• Drive operational excellence across shared infrastructure and support services.
• Ensure GMP-related activities and compliance with QA and operations.
