Key responsibilities include governance, portfolio management, and delivering high-impact projects that bolster productivity and competitiveness across Shared Infrastructure and GMP-related services.

• Lead planning, oversight, and governance for the site's strategic evolution.
• Shapes site-wide investment priorities and participates in senior governance forums.
• Deliver high-impact projects enabling employee productivity and engagement.
• Advise the Site Head on long-term development, infrastructure investments, and competitiveness.
• Own governance, portfolio management and reporting for the Visp Innovation Program.
• Drive efficiency across Shared Infrastructure and site services.
• Manage an OPEX budget and a CAPEX portfolio while leading 100+ employees and external partners.
