Job summary

The Global Fund in Geneva is seeking an Associate Specialist, Services Procurement (SI) to lead day-to-day procurement for Strategic Initiatives. You will manage end-to-end procurements, coordination with CI PMO and stakeholders, and ensure timely, compliant execution of complex service contracts.

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration, procurement and supply chain management, public health, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and sourcing.
• Experience managing procurement services and indirect spend categories (e.g., technical assistance, professional services).
• Desirable: Certifications in Project/Supply Chain/ Procurement/Contract Management/Negotiation.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end SI services procurements under supervision, up to USD 500M.
• Tender administration, TEC coordination, evaluations, award materials.
• Coordinate with the CI PMO, SI teams, Finance, Legal, and vendors.
• Track procurement milestones, contract status, and utilization; support absorption reporting.
• Apply Global Fund procurement policies, ensure documentation, flag risks.
